Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: EXCESS STOCK

You are welcome to return any unwanted excess items to us, and we will refund you less a restocking fee of 35% if you wish to return any excess product within 7 days of it being delivered. As long as the goods are in re-sellable condition this will be done by your original means of payment, and within 14 days of us receiving the products.

Returning any such items will need to be sent to us via palletways so it can go to the relevant warehouse. We have three locations so it’s important that you email us and tell us what you are going to return so we can advise you where it should be sent. All returns are made at your cost and you must insure the goods whilst in transit and remain liable for the goods until we receive them. All items have to be packaged by you, and returned to us at your cost. Please take pictures and email this to us before its sent, and as proof of packaging and condition. We will confirm that the product/goods can be returned based on evidence provided that they are in original condition and unopened.

Any returns are subject to the re-stocking fee and confirmation from us that it is in a sellable condition once it has been returned, otherwise we may refuse to refund this item. 

All Bespoke production – This can not be returned to us, this has been hand produced especially for your order.
